Loss of Connection - 3/4 days now

Hi!

My mum is having issues with her connection.  Was working fine till Wednesday morning since initial activation.

 

My mum is of the older generation and not very tech savvy.  She knows she needs the internet to watch Netflix but has no idea how it works.  I don't live all that local currently so have been trying to help out over the phone with both her and tech support.  (I believe her next door neigbour may have called Plusnet for her too so the tickets may be a bit all over the place)

 

She was sent out a new router which she recieved on Friday.  Which hasn't fixed her issue although I doubt there was an issue with her original one in the first place with it only been 12 months or so old. Phoned again yesterday and is being sent another router - Why?!

 

The hub light is orange with the broadband light also.  Maybe every 10/15 minutes or so the router will completly reboot with the green light - will turn blue for 30 seconds - back to orange and this will repeat continuasly.

 

After a lot explaining over the phone and Facetime I managed to get her to check using the test socket too with the same results

 

Any help would be massively appreciated.  Many thanks!

Forget to mention the neighbour has logged into the hub for her after reseting the router and re-entering username/password again with no luck..
