Lost Broadband

JUst lost all broadband for about 30 seconds, looking in the event log seems the following lines correspond, could anyone tell me what happened (and why?)

15:30:25, 09 Dec. (819803.400000) CWMP: Session start now. Event code(s): '4 VALUE CHANGE'
15:29:55, 09 Dec. (819773.100000) CWMP: session closed due to error: Could not resolve host
15:29:55, 09 Dec. (819773.090000) CWMP: Server URL: https://pbthdm.bt.mo; Connecting as user: ACS username
15:29:55, 09 Dec. (819773.080000) CWMP: Session start now. Event code(s): '4 VALUE CHANGE'
15:29:55, 09 Dec. (819772.780000) CWMP: Initializing transaction for event code 4 VALUE CHANGE
15:29:53, 09 Dec. (819770.860000) PTM over DSL is down after 4245 minutes uptime
15:29:53, 09 Dec. (819770.860000) PPPoE is down after 4244 minutes uptime [Waiting for Underlying Connection (WAN Ethernet 7 -​ Down)]

The cause? There was a glitch which could have been caused by a myriad of things. The connection had been up for 3 days so it will  not be considered worth investigation.

Hiya @dougjbarnes1, I am sorry for the drop you encountered.

 

I am unsure what may have caused this and it doesn't look too concerning as there's only been 3 drops on your line over the course of a week.

 

I've ran a test on your line and this hasn't highlighted any problems.
