JUst lost all broadband for about 30 seconds, looking in the event log seems the following lines correspond, could anyone tell me what happened (and why?)

15:29:53, 09 Dec. | (819770.860000) PPPoE is down after 4244 minutes uptime [Waiting for Underlying Connection (WAN Ethernet 7 - Down)] |

The cause? There was a glitch which could have been caused by a myriad of things. The connection had been up for 3 days so it will not be considered worth investigation.

Hiya @dougjbarnes1, I am sorry for the drop you encountered.
I am unsure what may have caused this and it doesn't look too concerning as there's only been 3 drops on your line over the course of a week.
I've ran a test on your line and this hasn't highlighted any problems.
