@emmaclinch Where are you seeing "low data mode" reported, I am not aware of this message?

Hi there @emmaclinch, I'm sorry to hear that your Broadband is running particularly slow at the moment.
In agreement with @dvorak, you shouldn't be receiving the "Low Data Mode" message when connecting to your router - are there any external factors that could be causing the relay of this message that you're aware of?
In regards to your speed, together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed.
