Low data mode

My broadband is ridiculously slow and says low data mode.. I have unlimited fibre so why is this happening and how can I fix it.. driving me mad

Only low data mode notification I’m aware of is when an iOS device connects to another as a wireless hotspot .
That shouldn’t happen if you’re connecting to your router.

Hi there @emmaclinch, I'm sorry to hear that your Broadband is running particularly slow at the moment.

 

In agreement with @dvorak, you shouldn't be receiving the "Low Data Mode" message when connecting to your router - are there any external factors that could be causing the relay of this message that you're aware of?
