Maxing out consistently at at 74mbs and should be 145

Hi, I am only getting half the speed I signed up for. Is there a way to report this without having to wait on the phone?

Many thanks in advance

Neil

Are you using the Plusnet supplied Hub 2 router or your own, in which case what make/ model ?

Are your speed tests using a wired connection ?

Hi, I am using the new router supplied (plusnet hub 2) and a wired connection. I get the same speed through wifi and wire.

In that case it sounds like it may be a provisioning fault. Try https://faults.plus.net ( you'll need to login ) , I belive that gives an option to report a fault on full fibre
