Missing ONT device power cable

I just moved in to a new house which is already set up for fiber but when I went to set up my router I found out the previous tenant took the power cable for the Openreach ONT device with them. How do I go about getting a replacement sent or should I just buy one off Amazon

You'll need to contact Plusnet and they will likely have to request an Openreach engineer appointment. Crazy but I suspect there's no way to get one sent, Plusnet don't supply the ONT.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hey there @Archie17 I can see you have got in touch with the call centre and got an appointment booked? Am I right?
