Thanks a lot for reaching out. I've just had a look into the account and can see that your service is still being affected by a Major Service Outage in your local area. @Wallzy You should be credited with downtime for the third day on from when you reported the issue, and unfortunately there is no way an ISP can influence the expediting of issue of this nature, it is all down to BT/OR.

Best thing to do is to let us know once you're back online, we'll run some checks from our end and if we find the issue to be resolved as well, we'll be more than happy to process a downtime refund. We don't want customer to pay for a service they haven't had either.
