No internet since Saturday

Internet went down sat,finding it hard to get any answers,had nothing from Plusnet as to why,I’m in Scunthorpe anyone else having issues?Huh

Have you raised a fault with Plusnet at faults.plus.net?

Yes I did @jab1,just says it’s been escalated to correct team 4 times at 3:57, but pretty sure it’s a bot, I’ve tried all trouble shoots aswell

Thanks a lot for reaching out. I've just had a look into the account and can see that your service is still being affected by a Major Service Outage in your local area. Openreach are aware of the issue and have advised that they'#re hoping to have it repaired by 06/12/2021. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused here.

Will my bill reflect the week I’ve not had any service for, and I’ll be running out of data anytime today,is there anything that can be done plz,

@Wallzy You should be credited with downtime for the third day on from when you reported the issue, and unfortunately there is no way an ISP can influence the expediting of issue of this nature, it is all down to BT/OR.

Best thing to do is to let us know once you're back online, we'll run some checks from our end and if we find the issue to be resolved as well, we'll be more than happy to process a downtime refund. We don't want customer to pay for a service they haven't had either. Smiley
