@danbottomburp, just so that you are aware, apart from LexLex20 all the people trying to help you are either customers or ex-customers that give up their own time to help where they can by giving advice (learned the hard way) or suggesting courses of action that may resolve your problem (although they can't help with all issues!).
Being rude is unnecessary.

Firstly wow, how rude.
Secondly how do you know "he knows all about the fault" . There are many many OR people that may have some idea about the fibre cabling but also many many many more who don't. Its not their job.
Thirdly as much as PN has tried to help you, I do hope they charge you as per contract the remaining months of your contract. Cancelling your DD does basically jack!
