After being told my speed will increase after midnight still no increase this morning still on 500 instead of 900

I have checked your order and it is showing as complete and I'm sorry you are seeing no difference in speed.

Was the speed test run on a wired or wireless connection?

@oxytonesam, I have adjusted yours, can you reboot the router and let me know if the speed has increased?

Thanks for the reply, I've rebooted it from the web ui and I have not seen a change. I find it strange the download speed has not changed but the upload speed has

I take its taking about 4 days to switch
