cancel my subscription

Hello, my contract will expire on October 12, 2021. I want to terminate my subscription because I am going to another provider. What is the way to cancel the subscription other than talking on the phone because I do not speak English please what is the method and thank you to everyone

@jamalalradi1 If you are moving to another provider, all you need to do is raise the order with your new provider - you have no need to contact Plusnet, as the gaining provider does all the work for you.

Hi @jamalalradi1, thanks for getting in touch and welcome to our Community Forums.
As @jab1 has mentioned, setting up service with a new provider in most cases will send a notification through to us and within a few days you should receive an email from us along the lines of "We're sorry to hear you're leaving" which is confirmation that we've received the notification and everything will close down automatically for you.
Should you not receive this notification within a few days of placing the order with the new provider then I'd recommend giving our cancellations team a call so they can make sure everything is set to close this side for you.
 

They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
