stuck ip profile

i have been with plusnet for quite a few years now & have always been on unlimited fibre with no real issues.

before the last upgrade i was getting 55000 down & 9999 up all the time, never changed for months on end, even after the odd router reboot. Ever since upgrading (contract change) to what should have been 60-80 down and 20 up, my profile has been stuck at 49000 down and 19999 up. this has been like this from the moment the up speed changed. with 3 kids in the house i need as fast as i can get. is it possible to get my profile reset.

Thanks for getting in touch @pecky and welcome to our Community Forum.

You're absolutely right, in that the DLM profile does appear to be stuck at 49Mbps on my side too. I've just raised a DLM reset request so it's likely @Gandalf will raise this with our suppliers on Monday when he's next in. Smiley

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused thus far though, we'll get it sorted soon.
