i have been with plusnet for quite a few years now & have always been on unlimited fibre with no real issues.
before the last upgrade i was getting 55000 down & 9999 up all the time, never changed for months on end, even after the odd router reboot. Ever since upgrading (contract change) to what should have been 60-80 down and 20 up, my profile has been stuck at 49000 down and 19999 up. this has been like this from the moment the up speed changed. with 3 kids in the house i need as fast as i can get. is it possible to get my profile reset.

You're absolutely right, in that the DLM profile does appear to be stuck at 49Mbps on my side too. I've just raised a DLM reset request so it's likely @Gandalf will raise this with our suppliers on Monday when he's next in.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused thus far though, we'll get it sorted soon.
