Hi I have signed up for voicemail extra it has been activated with PlusNet but when I dial 1571 a message tells me that this line doesn`t have a call answering service. Rang PlusNet they said helpfully, that they would uninstall it and put it back on tomorrow which they didn't do. Needless to say its still the same.

Hi James thanks for sorting that it now works.
the only thing is now I signed up to voicemail extra and I think only standard voice mail is working.
Could you have a look for me please.

Ok so I have just checked with the help of @Gandalf and we have had an update from our suppliers to say it is in the delayed state due to an Exchange issue. We should have and update on the 24th for you which is Monday. Sorry about this.

Thought I'd provide an update. Voicemail Extra should now be working, but the subsequent Call Divert order is getting a little stuck in the supplier systems. We're on the case though and we’re chasing this up.

Could you possibly check if Call Divert works now?
Taken from our help guide, there are three codes you can use, depending on what you want to do:
- 21 diverts all calls
- 61 diverts calls you don't answer in 15 seconds
- 67 diverts calls when you're on another call
If you want to... | Here's how you do it |
---|---|
Set up Call Divert | Press *(Code)*(Number to divert to)# |
Check Call Divert | Press *#(Code)# |
Turn off Call Divert | Press #(Code)# |
