I want 1571 voicemail disabled but it is not ticked as one of my Call features. Can you deactivate it as I do not require it and never signed up for it. Thanks

You can disable 1571 in the member centre.

Try ticking and applying Voicemail, leave it 24 hours, then untick it.
Wait 24 hours and test.

Plus of course I would have no way of testing it.
I prefer to wait and get a member of Plusnet to permanent disable a facility that I neither asked for nor want.
