Call Connect order still in progress?

Hi.. About three weeks ago I asked to add Call Protect to my home phone, it's still saying the change is in progress? Surely it shouldn't take this long. I would like to enable it to allow me to block numbers that I enter myself, I have a list of spam numbers that have tried to call me, so at the moment I don't answer them when they call again, .. Any suggestions gratefully recieved. Thanks.

There is the possibility that the service has activated but not updated in the user portal. Sometimes BT Openreach’s B2B systems fail to confirm changes.

Try it.

Sorting the discrepancy will require a kick from the staff. You can wait here for them to pick this up … or just call support.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
