Caller ID not working

Hello,
I have caller ID activated in my call features, but when I dial to check it says the service is unavailable - I've found many threads about this but it doesn't seem to be something I can rectify myself. Would anyone be able to help me please? Thank you

Raise a fault report with support. At best it needs the feature to be disabled and re-enabled. At worse it needs an engineer t attend, to either a line fault or an exchange fault.

Has this ever worked? What is displayed on inbound calls?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hey @floof45,

I have placed an order to remove the caller display from your account. This process takes up to 24 hours to complete. Once it has been removed, I will re-add it for you. Please keep an eye out for my email confirming when the caller display has been re-added.

Thank you for your reply - no it's never worked but I haven't ever got round to sorting it. It seems to be in hand now!
