Caller Id not working for about 2 weeks. Was working before, only noticed it due to BT Call Guardian asking me to allow incoming calls from my mum.

Apologies for the delayed response to your post.
Caller display is showing as active in our suppliers systems and testing your line's not showing any issues.
Is this still a problem? If so do you happen to have a different phone you could try?

Hi. I have had caller ID for 6 years and worked fine. Now it has stopped working. After trying all that has been recommended and not being successful I Contacted helpline as I can see others have had a problem. They deactivated caller ID and I was told to wait 24 hours before reactivating it, which I did but still not working. I managed to deactivate it myself online and waited another 24 Hours to reactivate it. However it won’t let me reactivate. It keeps saying I have outstanding orders on my account so can’t do anything. This is becoming so frustrating! I have always been happy with plusnet but now wondering if I should change supplier.

@Sueg2 You need to add 2 more posts (to get past security as you have to post 4 or 5 times before you can send a PM) and then click on Adam's name by his picture on his post. This will give you Adam's profile page which has a Contact Me section where private messages can be selected
