There is no dial tone on the landline.
I cannot dial out.
When this number is called, phone does not ring.
Broadband still functioning.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Noticed the Plusnet Help Team have solved similar faults for others on this forum, so I’ll wait for them.

Have you checked the ticket for an update?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Checked this morning and the question was on hold.
Now “released from hold and sent back to Faults”.
Awaiting Plusnet Support Team.

Everything working now!
Excellent BT engineer visited Sunday morning.
Fixed the fault at the junction box then checked inside our home to ensure both landline and broadband were fully operational.
Thank you to Plusnet Support Team who were very helpful and efficient.
