No dial tone or incoming calls

I have no dial tone or incoming calls. Tested in test socket with 2 corded phones. Broadband just about works but not very well and router keeps rebooting.
Phone line check reports: The result of your line check is unclear. Tried that 3 times.
Only other phone I have is an old pay-as-you-go mobile for emergencies so can't really phone help line.
Can't see how to register the problem. Any help appreciated.

@Okay The help line is an 0800 number (08004320200) so is free to call.

Is there any way I can register problem via website or can someone there raise a problem for me? I can't do this via phone.

The fact you've posted here means that one of the Plusnet Help Team will see it and respond at some point - usually within 24 hours.

0800 numbers are free from mobiles since 2015.

It's a service outage in the local area apparently @Okay. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience that this will inevitably cause.
Openreach are aware of this and have advised that they're hooping to have it sorted by around 14:00 on Wednesday afternoon.

@Okay - Plusnet staff are able to associate your Community Forum account to your Plusnet account. So I've been able to test your line to see what's going on.

Thanks Adam, the phone line is working again, been back on for a couple of hours. I've done a couple of line quiet tests which were both very good. Internet download speed is throttled to 0.9Mbps though. Is there some sort of reset that needs to be done? Many thanks.

Hi @Okay, thanks for getting back to us and it's great to hear your phone service is back to normal again. I can see when testing the line fault looks to have adjusted some of your line settings and I've placed an order to correct these which should complete within the next hour. If then, in an hours time or later you can please see how the speeds and connection is looking and let us know. If issues look to persist then we can push through a full reset of the line settings but it may not be needed for now.

Hello Ben, yes it's gone up to 7.2Mbps which I think is around normal for me. If it stays like that, that will be fine. Thanks a lot.
