No service

Hi,

My plusnet landline hasn’t had any service for 2 weeks. We replaced the handset and cables, but it’s not had any affect. Can the line be tested / an engineer be sent?

Have you recently renewed you contract to 'Fibre' this uses the copper landline cable but offers NO phone service, if not I would suggest reporting your fault using these instructions
