Who do I call if the overhead phone line to the house is brought down by a tree, do I call plusnet or BT/openreach?

Personally I’d do the above and call Plusnet.

Once Plusnet knows about the problem, if Openreach’s repair is protracted automatic compensation will become payable.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
