Unable to reactivate Voicemail

Ever since I've been a Plusnet customer voicemail has never worked properly. Following a suggestion here, I disabled it several months ago meaning to re-enable it. However, I just got around to trying to re-enable it today but am unable to do so as it says it is "Awaiting activation" and also "You currently have an order in progress to add call features". How can I re-activate it now?

You'll have to wait until one of the Help Team pick this up and give the system a kick.

I've placed an order to activate voicemail for you and it should be working within 24 hours.
