Upcoming home phone bills

My usual monthly home phone bill at present is £12.69.  I have been been informed by Plusnet  that this is about to increase but I have deleted their message.  Can anyone tell me what increase to expect.   I would phone them but their is a 30 minute delay at present for my call to be answered.

Thanks.

Thanks Bella 123.  The increase is therfore 6.4 % which is a figure I have seen quoted on the web.  Thanks for your help.

Re: Upcoming home phone bills

I'm on the same call package, i never received any email about a price increase.

When looking at renewing my contract (ends next month) and adding call package i noticed the anytime calls had increased to 13.50

You refer to "phone bill" not call package.  Is that what you meant (as others have answered) or did you mean the phone line component of your service charge?
