Voice messages

Hi, Something really weird going on.

What is happening is when we ring someone and they are out, it goes to answer phone, we leave a message for them and then this is where the strange thing happens. They do not get a message left on their phone but the message is being sent to the first person in our address book and not the person who was called???

As you can imagine the person getting the messages is confused as to why we are doing this.

Anyone ever come across this issue.

You're right, this is strange! Testing the line has not picked up any issues on the network,. Are you able to do some troubleshooting with a different separate handset at all?
