12 months from sign up or after 14 day cool off?

Query with a 12 month contract.
Applied over the phone on Nov 19 2021 as an existing customer and signed a 12 month contract no new router etc and the email back states it starts from tomorrow (20th) just gone to check my account and the end date states 3rd December 2022!

Is a contract started 14 days after cooling off period or does it inc the 14 days as I really wasn’t expecting Dec and thought it would be able to be cancelled from November 20th 2022? Thank you.

If you check back through your records you will probably find that the new contract started on the next billing date of your old one.
