Hello everyone,
My Broadband and line rental package contract ends in a few weeks and then the monthly cost is set to go up by quite a bit.
Will I be offered a package deal again?
I have my property on the market, what happens if I sign up for a 1 year contract and my property sells in 4 or 6 months, will I be able to cancel the contract without paying a fine/fee?

@greengrass How long is 'a few weeks' , and have you not been made a new offer?
If you move within the contract term - AIUI - PN will cancel the then current one and offer you a new one, which, if you accept it, will be without any penalty.

The contract ends in 6 weeks.
I have not been given a new offer.

When I moved home I transferred my account to a temporary address and then a new build.
I suggest you phone Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 as they will know.

Edit: If I recall, I received a new contract offer at four weeks before the end

Thanks, I did not know that could be done.
If the property sells I will be looking for temporary accommodation while I look for a new home.
Is the customer options team telephone number you left also the one to use to ask about a new contract deal?
