Went live on the 15th July 2022, how long does it take for the £75 vouchers to come through. Havent received any emails from plusnet about it

I've checked your account and can't see that you had signed up on a cashback offer.
So I can investigate further, how did you sign up? Was it direct through our site or a 3rd party?

Hi There, It was 3rd party , via Moneysavingexpert... It was a £75 rewardcard. I also seem to remember I had an online chat with one your plusnet colleagues to conform how the card worked.
