Hey.
I was just wondering if I could get a bit of help please?
I went into my account today to change my payment date. But to my surprise I couldn’t, I tapped on the information tap and all it says if I can’t change the date as my services are due to be cancelled. Why could this be please?

@Leahbolton I suggest you call customer services urgently. Sounds like someone else has supplied incorrect details when trying to transfer their services and used yours by mistake. You need to get the cancellation stopped.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
