An Error has occurred, You can't change your products for the moment

Hi,

I cannot view/change details om my Plusnet Account. I get this message - 

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress
I spoke on the phone last week about this and was told it would be looked at and fixed.
Please can the appropriate staff fix this for me.

Hi @wryneck 

From what I can see you have a renewal in progress so that error should go away on your next bill date.

Let me know if it doesn't or there are any further issues.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
