An error has occured...

Hi,

 

I've had the message "An error has occured.  You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress" on my account for a few months.  I phoned customer services on August 20th, but i'm still getting the error.

 
Could someone take a look for me?

I have this exact same problem,posted in the forum and on Twitter with no reply to either,hope you have better luck !

Hi @Grey2893, I've just had a look over your account and could see what was causing the issue straight away so I've raised a task to our billing team to get that fixed and it should be sorted within the next day or two.

 

I'm really sorry we didn't do the right thing when you called to raise that with us initially so I'll be passing on some feedback about that.
