An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment

Similar to many other people my account is locked with the message

"An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress"

I arranged a new 2-year contract back in December but my account does not show it and my payments have reverted to the out of contract rates.

Please would you fix it.  Thank you.

Oliver

Re: An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment

Hi Oliver,

I'm really sorry to see there's an error showing. I've checked our side and I can't see anything wrong with your account.

Have you received a bill for a payment higher than expected or are you just seeing this on the homepage?

If the latter than perhaps you're affected by the problem discussed here > https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Account-Billing/I-need-to-know-my-contract-end-date/td-p/1858633

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

This community account login is associated with the correct Plusnet broadband account with the issue.

Fix

Hi Oliver, ah thanks for the private message.

When searching for an account via a community profile, I'd use the e-mail address registered in the profile.

I don't believe it was really necessary to create a second forum profile as we can keep a log against your community profile of all the accounts you have with us by adding the account references into an internal system we call Khoros.

I've sorted your contract out and I've dropped you an e-mail under the ticket ref 222319257.

If you have further issues or there's anything else you need help with, feel free to get back to me and I'll be happy to help. Smiley
