I’m another with this message - can’t see my account or upgrade options. My 18 month contract is coming to an end soon, so I’d be grateful if someone could press a few buttons and sort it out.

I've taken a look and it doesn't seem as easy to fix as I'd hoped, so I've raised this to our systems support team to investigate further. Once I know more, I'll let you know.

@gavcuk You will need a staff member to sort this - the (supposedly) automatic method of clearing this message on completion of account changes is totally broken.
They may not get to it until after the holiday, though.
