An error has occurred

'You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress'

I know that this is not an uncommon problem but it's one I haven't encountered before. I don't have a phone order in progress but have been getting this message for a few days since I looked at options for upgrading my broadband.

It's getting frustrating now...

@pn33sand Either call up and get them to correct it - or wait for one of the Help Team to pick this up and sort it for you.

Thank you for your comments. I realise I'm being lazy and should phone PlusNet help - which I'll plan to do tomorrow.

Re: An error has occurred

@pn33sand  Sending a PM to @willcutforth as he has requested is a much better route to a quick response. I have a feeling first line customer support will not be very helpful.

Re: An error has occurred

PM now sent.  When I tried earlier the option to reply to a PM was not shown - possibly because I have made very few posts to the community - but option has now appeared.

Thank you.
