Another reward card email not received

Hi,
As per the header. My broadband went live on the 14th of March and still no reward card email.

I am a returning customer and this forum is linked to my old profile, can this be updated?

Same issue, even had confirmation of emails being sent out for reward card on 15 April, still no progress. Have not sent complaint to Ombudsman as nothing but excuses from PlusNet

should read HAVE NOW SENT COMPLAINT TO OMBUDSMAN

I am sorry for the delays in issuing the reward card, in order for us to assist you further please could you provide us with your account username.

 

In terms of your situation @boblocke the ombudsman will not accept your complaint unless we issue you with a deadlock letter i.e a final written response. Please let us know if you would like this and we can arrange for a member of the relevant team to get in contact to discuuss further.

Email finally arrived last week.
