Being charged out of contract prices on new contract

Like many others, my first bill of my new 24 month contract is wrong. I rang Plusnet on 24th July to take up the offer of £24.99 per month for Unlimited Fibre Extra + line rental. I received an email confirming this:-

Unlimited Fibre Extra £0 per month for 24 months

Line rental £24.99 per month for 24 months.

I have just received a bill for £54.39 (£27.86 for Unlimited fibre extra + £26.53 for line rental + £1 phone calls). These are the out of contract prices. My Plusnet dashboard not only shows these out of contract prices, but says it's for a 24 month contract.

Fix

Hi @RadioFox

I'm sorry to hear that your latest bill is higher than expected.

I've corrected the discounts now.

As for the money owed, I can either refund it to your bank account once we've taken the payment or credit it against your next bill, which would you prefer?

Hi Gandalf.

Thanks for quick reply.

A credit against my next bill would be fine.

Cheers.

Cool. That credit's been added.
