Bill Paid but Restrictions Remain

Hi there,

My account says that my bill has been paid but every so often, depending on what websites I'm loading, I get redirected to Plusnet's billing portal, only to be told that there are no outstanding unpaid invoices.

I'm assuming some kind of automatic restriction has failed to remove itself. Could someone kindly assist in resolving this?

I'm really sorry to see what's happened and thanks for flagging.

I've raised this for further investigation internally and I've removed the restriction. 

If you see that error message again, just try turning your router off and on. 

Please let me know if there's any further issues. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
