Bill issue I can't get resolved because I can't contact Plusnet

I'm going crazy, not being able to contact Plusnet! The options I'm given are this forum, phone - which I can't do because I am in New Zealand, or Twitter which I don't use and if I did wouldn't want to discuss my issue in public
I have two issues.
1. I am being charged twice this month, once for June and once for July. My June bill was returned due to lack of funds, but went out again the next day and I have this on my statement. Plusnet haven't recorded that they received the money and are trying to charge me twice
2. Plusnet have been telling me I am eligible for a cheaper deal but every time I go through the website to try and switch plans. I get an error message saying that the switch service is unavailable at that time - this has been happening for months and months now, every time I try
I can't call and they don't provide an email address, it's making me crazy! Has anyone got any bright ideas about what I can do?

Hi Julia,
Do you have Skype or a way of setting up a Skype account if you don't (phone/laptop with WiFi)? 0800 UK numbers are free via Skype (as are some other toll free numbers in the USA and other countries) so if you can get on Skype you should be able to call the 0800 432 0200 number and get through to the support team.
