Hi looking for a bit of help I received my bill last week which is normally £18.99 but this time it seems to be £19.98 and I don't know why as I don't have a landline connected so I know it's not that can someone get back to me please.  I know it's not a lot of money but it's not the point. Thanks

I'm really sorry to see what's happened. I've refunded the overcharge which you should receive within 5 to 10 working days either before we take your latest payment or shortly after.
