Billed too Much Again

I renewed my contract with you on 1 September 2024, price was £25.53 now £25.99. However, I have just been billed for £39.32 how on earth do you come up with this figure. I have been with you for several years and every time I renewed my contract the billing was wrong and always for too much, often taken two billing periods to sort out.

@daves1 if you login to your account, then goto https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search and check for closed tickets  , is there nothing there ?

Sometimes the email notifications go astray.

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks I found it, it is closed, I wasn't informed. However, it has raised the question how did you arrive at £39.32 when my old contract at £25.53 didn't run out until the 2nd October.
