Billing - Overcharged

Hi, My broadband Fibre 300Mb contract is set at £32.99, and I have been charged £57.88 this month. That is more expensive than the Fibre 900 package.

 

I presume this an error. How are you going to correct the mistake, please.

Fair enough, @SeanSeany , so something is  wrong, somewhere, obviously. My  suggestion is that you call PM and ask them for an explanation.

Hey @SeanSeany,

I have reviewed the billing issue and found the problem. The issue was due to a missing discount, which I have now applied. The difference has been credited back to your account.
 

Regarding your contract, I have sent you an email with the details of what I have found.
