Billing query

My current Plusnet broadband package expires on 14th February and my last contractual payment will be taken tomorrow (15th January). I am wanting to upgrade to a full fibre package (from existing standard broadband) and was thinking of upgrading in the next few days to allow time for the necessary equipment to be installed in my home before my current contract ends. Does this mean Plusnet will take two separate payments this month? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Billing query

Fix

@carolynbell1 Your Existing service will stop at the same time as Full fibre is installed. So you pay part of that month for the old service and part for Full fibre. In reality you pay for service a month in advance, so on the changeover date, you will get a refund of the existing service for the remaining billing period, and then a charge for the next month full fibre. Your billing date now changing to the install date.

Note that you lose your phone service when moving to Full fibre.
