Can’t access account

I’m trying to manage my account online but get an error message which says I can’t access my account while an order is going through. There isn’t an order going through. I’ve called twice about this but it’s still unresolved. My contract will be ending in January and this isn’t helping with looking at new deals.

Hi there,
There are a couple of call features stuck in a pending activation status, so I've placed an order to activate these. Once that's completed within the next 24 to 48 hours, the error message should disappear.
Let me know if there are any further issues.
