Can't look at renewal offers due to "phone order in progress"

My contract is due for renewal in January and I recently received an email about renewal offers. When I sign in to my account though there's this message at the top of my account page.

 

An error has occurred

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
 
 
 
I don't know what the phone order is and I can't see anyway around this message. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

You will need a staff member to sort this - the (supposedly) automatic method of clearing this message on completion of account changes is totally broken - or it could be BT's B2B system at fault. Or you could try ringing customer Support, which may be your best bet.

If you're looking to continue with a phone service you may need to phone anyway. You can renew "as is" but not upgrade. The phone service will be withdrawn by the end of 2025.

Hi @Phantom1874. I can see that there are some call features that are currently stuck on your account. I have raised a task for this to be sorted. Please allow 24 hours for this to be actioned. After that, everything should be back as it should be back as it should be.
