Cancelled contract and I am still receiving bills?

Hi on the 9th December I cancelled my broadband because I got a better deal from Virgin Media and was disconnected on 23rd December but I have just had a bill on the 12th saying they will be taking money on the 19th for the service? Could someone look into this please because it seems a lot of other people have had the same issue when I searched it up
