Cannot access dashboard

My mother-in-laws contract is nearing its end. She has dementia and my partner and I manage her account on her behalf. However, when attempting to log in to the member centre dashboard for her account, the page loads briefly with the welcome page, then defaults to a blank page with only the black bannered links at the bottom of the page. Occasionally I see something about a change to her account, but we are not aware of any change taking place until Nov 30 when her current package expires.Can someone at Plusnet respond so I can PM her account details.

This is a known issue, indeed there is a 6 page thread here https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Plusnet-Broadband-portal-not-displaying-correctly/td-p... where you can add your name to the list of people with this issue.

Note although you cannot get to the main member centre page due to the bug, you can if you have the URL go to the sub page directly.

Ex - Plusnet Customer (2009 - 2023) now with BT
