HI,
I want to change the bank from which I pay the direct debit. Is there an online way of doing this?
Having spent the last couple of hours trying to find a way I thought Id ask the experts

Hi John,
Yes, it is an easy enough to do task ... but a wee bit tricky due to an elusive issue with the user centre rendering.
- Log into the user portal
- That should present a "your bill box"
- Click the "edit payment method" link
- Scroll to the bottom of the page - you should be able to see your current payment method just above the black footer
- Resize the browser window by whatever means (minimise / restore down / maximise)
- That will move the black footer out of the way exposing the Change Payment Method button

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
