Change payment method broken?

Noticed for a couple of months now I just get the below error if I try to change mine.

'There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator' Red text on any otherwise blank page.

Is this for broadband or mobile payments?

Which browser?

Have you tried a different browser?

Can you screen shot the error please?

Hi, This is for broadband payments.

Seems to just be Chrome affected, works OK with Firefox.

This error has been like this for months and plusnet have done NOTHING about it. I have posted about this many times and it unbelivable it has still not been sorted. I have been passed on from one person to another each one says the usual rubbish try a different browser clear cache. The fault is with plusnet too lazy to do anything about it.
