Changing Payment method

I'm attempting to change the bank details for my Direct Debit only to be met with contact your administrator. From othe rposts it would appear this has been an issue for a while. Is there a known resolution date for this issue?

That definitely sounds unusual. We’re not currently aware of any issues with our member center, but I’ll check with the team to see if anyone else has experienced something similar. In the meantime, could you try clearing your cache and cookies, or perhaps using a different browser, to see if that resolves the issue? If not, you can change the details over the phone by calling our billing team at 0330 1239 123.
